Unexpectedly for me, RiU has got Daily 4th Place on Newgrounds and became featured on main page on Kongregate.
While most of the comments on NG were positive, on Kong there was total madness. Hundreds of comments and some of them were absolutely ridiculous. I was trying to reply to these comments and even made some changes to the game, but… 🙂
Anyway, I’ve learned my lesson.

It took us quite a lot of time to release this game and here it is: Resistance is Useless, a action/adventure/shooting flash game.
In this game you play as Bruno, a delivery boy, who was forced to “take” a gun and start fighting against hords of perfidious aliens.
We have invented 12 different types of enemies, 4 bosses and 15 levels with very tangled storyline for this game.

Everything is complicated.
Still no graphics for RiU, so I have started working on Space Age with another artist.

All the level are ready. All the sounds a re ready. But I still don’t have graphics for menu.
But after some tests, we have come to conclusion that game is a bit boring.
So, we’ve decided to improve the gameplay, add more enemies, make them flying in different ways, make game scenes shorter, add more items to the shop and polish levels.

My laptop was broken for almost two weeks, I couldn’t do anything.

10 out of 15 levels are ready.
SFX is almost ready too, we just need sounds for bosses, but there are no graphics for bosses yet.
I really hope to finish the game at the end of February / beginning of March.

I have ordered SFX for the game and have received new graphics.
So, I’m working on the levels at the moment.
